Harold E. Olsen

Harold E. Olsen is an experienced professional in sales and operations planning and supply chain management, currently serving as the Sales and Operations Planning Manager at Thales since June 2021. In this role, Harold leads the design and implementation of integrated S&OP processes, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives. As a Co-Founder of Two Degrees since March 2021, Harold also has extensive experience from a 22-year tenure at Toshiba, where leadership positions included Director of Supply Chain Planning and Director of Business Planning, focusing on optimizing demand forecasting and inventory management. Harold holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
