Carlos Pedrosa

Carlos Pedrosa is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategic business operations. Currently serving as the Group Head of Financial Planning & Analytics and Head of Strategic Business Planning at Thames Water since November 2022, Carlos previously held significant roles at Shell, where responsibilities included managing financial strategy for a multi-billion dollar project portfolio and acting as Deputy CFO/Financial Controller for a major gas and condensate field. Prior to that, Carlos led financial planning at BG Group, overseeing global operations and providing strategic advice on M&A initiatives.
