Ian Swain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise technology and Salesforce consulting. Currently serving as VP of Enterprise Technology and Director of Enterprise Product at WatchBox | The 1916 Company since September 2020, Ian also founded OSW Digital, a consultancy specializing in strategic technology transformation and Salesforce services. Additionally, Ian contributes to the HERD organization as a Director in the USA branch, supporting elephant rehabilitation efforts. Previous roles include Vice President and Vice President of Operations at Swain Destinations, along with various positions in marketing and customer service, dating back to internships at Marriott and The Radnor Hotel. Ian holds a degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Travel, and Tourism from Johnson & Wales University.
