Daniel Willetts has extensive experience in the automotive service industry, primarily with The AA since May 2003, where roles have included Manager of Commercial Performance, Customer Performance Manager, and Area Manager in Road Operations. A background in customer management across various functions has been established, alongside previous experience as a Customer Advisor at QAD and Trainee Accounts roles at Halesowen College. Educated at Cranfield University with a Master of Science in Management and Leadership, Daniel Willetts has also pursued additional qualifications from the Chartered Management Institute and other institutions related to occupational safety and health.
