Jen Turner

Jen Turner currently serves as Head of Sales Service and Retention at The AA, a position held since July 2023. Jen's experience includes a brief tenure as Head of Sales, Service and Retention at The AA (Ireland) in July and August 2023, and prior roles at Markerstudy Broking and Markerstudy Retail and Affinity as Operations Director from April 2021 to July 2023. A significant portion of Jen's career was spent at Endsleigh Insurance Services Ltd from June 2000 to April 2021, where various positions included Head of Customer Operations, Operations Manager, and several leadership roles. Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Studies from the University of Leeds, earned between 1997 and 2000.
