Neil Blagden

Neil Blagden serves as the Group Chief Operating Officer at The AA since January 2024, overseeing critical functions including CIO, CTO, Digital, Data, Procurement, and Transformation for 14 million customers. In addition to this role, Neil holds positions as a Governor at Greenfield School Woking and a Non-Executive Director at Second Woking Grange Management Company. Previously, Neil was the Group Chief Operating Officer at Finastra, where responsibilities included GTM, Services, Support, Marketing, and Innovation, and also served as MD/Divisional CEO for Cornerstone & Fusion Invest. Earlier roles include Director of Customer Services, Operations, and Digital at Vodafone, as well as senior leadership positions at Direct Line Group, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young, and Accenture. Neil Blagden holds a BSc in Geography (with Economics) from Loughborough University and A-levels in Mathematics and Statistics, Economics, and Geography from Collingwood College.
