Darla Crossley has a strong background in software engineering and information technology. Darla started their career at Compaq in 1998 as a Software Engineer and later moved to Intel, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer from 2001 to 2004. In 2005, they joined Dairyland Healthcare Solutions as a Software Developer and remained with the company until 2008. Darla then became the Director of Information Technology at The Aagard Group in 2008, where they currently hold a position.

Darla Crossley completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Math and Computer Science from the University of Minnesota Morris, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree at Michigan Technological University in Computer Science and graduated in 1998.
