Sharlo Meyer has extensive work experience in human resources and organizational development. Sharlo started their career in 1994 as a Banking Assistant at US Bank and then worked as a Staffing Supervisor at Spherion-on. In 1998, they became the Human Resources Manager at Fey Industries, where they worked until 2001. From 2001 to 2008, they served as the Human Resources Manager at TEAM Industries, where they were responsible for recruitment and benefit administration. Since 2009, they have been the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Aagard Group, where they have successfully conducted recruitment efforts and maintained low turnover rates.
Sharlo Meyer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Minot State University, where they attended from 1990 to 1994. Sharlo then pursued their Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University, completing it from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, Sharlo obtained certification as a SHRM-SCP from SHRM in March 2015.
