Jonathan Webb is a seasoned science journalist currently serving as the Science Editor at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) since October 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing the science unit, editorial leadership, staff management, and content commissioning. Prior to this role, Jonathan worked as a Science Reporter at BBC News from May 2014 to October 2016, producing multimedia science articles, live blogs, and scripts for radio and TV. Jonathan's professional journey began with a Broadcast Journalist role under the Ivan Noble Bursary at the BBC, followed by freelance science writing and presenting while completing a PhD at the University of Oxford.
