Marlesha Havea

Marlesha Havea has extensive experience in communications and marketing, currently serving as Communications Manager for International Development at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) since September 2014. Prior roles at ABC include Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist in the Entertainment and Specialist sectors, as well as Marketing Coordinator for triple j. Prior to ABC, Marlesha was a Project Manager at the New South Wales Reconciliation Council, focusing on financial administration, advocacy, community education, and stakeholder engagement from 2012 to 2014. Marlesha began the career as a Cadet at Cox Inall Ridgeway, an Indigenous media and communications firm, from 2010 to 2012. Marlesha holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Public Relations from the University of Sydney, completed between 2017 and 2019.
