Paru Madhavan

Paru Madhavan is an experienced Product and Delivery Coach currently with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) since September 2022. Previously, Paru held various leadership roles, including Delivery Lead/Coach at Dovetail and Product Practice Lead & Coach at ELMO Software. Paru has a robust background in agile methodologies, having worked as a Senior Scrum Master at Lendi and co-founding Karma Estate Pty Ltd. Other notable positions include Product Owner at OFX, Product Manager at RedBalloon, and Product Owner/Agile Business Analyst at Envizi. Paru holds an MBA in Business Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney and a B.Sc in Computer Science from the University of Calicut.
