Caroline Kirk Allen has extensive experience in health management leadership, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Peer Learning, Leadership Development & Partnerships as well as Senior Vice President of Health System Services at The Health Management Academy since January 2014. Prior to this, from August 2006 to August 2013, Caroline held the position of Executive Director of The Academy GE Fellowship Program, which focuses on developing corporate-level leaders through two-year fellowships for Chief Medical Officers, Chief Financial Officers, and Senior Executives. Caroline is an alumna of Roanoke College.
