Ursula Galarcep has a diverse work experience. Ursula is currently the Director of Talent at The Acceleration Project since April 2022. Before this, they founded "Stick to the List" in March 2019, where they served until June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Mediator and Volunteer specializing in Family Mediation, Juvenile delinquency, Criminal Court Mediation, and Conflict Coaching at The New York Peace Institute (former Safe Horizon Mediation Center) from February 2009 to September 2012. Ursula also volunteered as part of the Economic Development Program at Sanctuary for Families in 2007, where they assessed and developed programs for domestic violence victims. Additionally, they worked as a Chief Coordinator and Editor of Core Latin America at CORE (Congress of Racial Equality) from April 2006 to December 2006 and as a Legal Advisor at DEMUS from July 2004 to May 2005, providing counseling and advice to abused women.
