Iwona Dobek

Iwona Dobek is a seasoned professional in hospitality and technology, currently serving as the Hospitality and Legal Pre-sales Leader at The Access Group since April 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Head of Systems at Various Eateries PLC, managing the technological needs for a busy multi-brand group of restaurants and hotels, and positions such as Senior Systems Manager at Coppa Club and Systems Manager at Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group, where Iwona oversaw various support systems and equipment rollouts. Early career experience as a Database Controller involved managing food and beverage stock systems and operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Iwona holds a Master's degree in Employment Studies & HR Management from London Metropolitan University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Gdansk.
