Terry T. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and customer success across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Board Member at The Access Group since September 2015, Terry also holds a position as Non-Executive Board Member at Serrala. Previously, Terry was Senior Vice President EMEA at Salesforce, overseeing customer success and strategic services. A significant tenure at Microsoft included multiple director roles, including Director Enterprise Solution Sales and Asia Pacific SI/Partner Alliance Leader. Early career experience includes launching Internet Banking and new personal financial products at Citi and serving as Director of Business Development at AT&T. Terry T. holds a Bachelor Arts Degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from the University of Central Lancashire and has additional education from the University of Strathclyde.
