Rhea Jaffer

Rhea Jaffer is a knowledgeable education researcher and program manager with extensive experience in various educational initiatives and outreach efforts. Currently serving in multiple roles at The Acres Foundation since April 2019, including Researcher and Manager of Research and Outreach, Rhea has also contributed as an Academic Product Engagement Intern at Yellowdig and a Research Intern at the Joan Ganz Cooney Center at Sesame Workshop. Previous roles include Lead Assessor at Adhyayan Quality Education Services and positions at Ashoka and the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, focusing on technology in education and teacher training in rural settings. With a solid academic foundation, Rhea is pursuing a Doctor of Education at Teachers College, Columbia University, following a Master’s in Economics from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Jaihind College.
