Carla Maldonado, Ph.D., is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, market insights, and business intelligence. Currently serving as a member of the Boardroom, a private network for female leaders, Carla previously held significant roles at The Adecco Group, including Head of Market Insights and Director of Market Competitive Intelligence. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Emerson, the Swiss American Chamber of Commerce, and the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance. Carla's academic background includes multiple advanced degrees, with a Ph.D. in Political Economy from SMC University and a Post Graduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics from The University of Texas at Austin. Carla has also contributed to various initiatives at the United Nations and conducted impactful research during a doctoral tenure at Université de Genève.
