Lissette Reyes

Lissette Reyes has over two decades of experience in sales and marketing leadership within the staffing and recruitment industry. Currently, Lissette serves as the Head of Marketing and Inside Sales at Adecco, having held various executive positions, including Vice President of Sales US and Country Practice Leader. Prior roles at Randstad USA include Vice President of Professional Solutions and interim Senior Vice President for Florida, where Lissette was instrumental in launching the Non-Technical White-Collar Organization. Previous employment includes significant roles at Triumph Professional Staffing, ADP, Yahoo, and Robert Half, showcasing a strong track record in building and managing high-performing teams and operational strategies. Lissette holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from Florida International University.
