Maria Grigorova

Maria Grigorova serves as the Group Senior Vice President and Global Head of Finance at Adecco since June 2022, overseeing the financial operations of the company’s largest Global Business Unit with over €18 billion in revenue. Prior to this role, Maria held various positions within The Adecco Group, including Deputy to the Group CFO from August 2020 to June 2022, focusing on finance strategy and transformation for the €25 billion firm. Previous experience includes serving as CFO for JLL's EMEA segment, where oversight spanned more than 40 countries and involved multiple business lines. Maria has also held senior financial leadership roles at Ideal Standard International, American Standard Companies, Newell Rubbermaid, and Procter & Gamble. Academically, Maria holds a B.S. in Consumer Economics from Cornell University, an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Rochester, and attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
