Niabelle Thelemaque

Niabelle Thelemaque is an experienced engineering manager and communication systems engineer at The Aerospace Corporation, with a focus on RF compatibility analysis and interdisciplinary communication studies. Niabelle's career includes roles as a senior and mid-level engineer, as well as multiple internships at The Aerospace Corporation, where significant contributions were made to spacecraft testing and communication link analysis. Prior experience at Collins Aerospace involved electrical design for the A320 NEO Program, and earlier roles included circuit analysis and technical support in power and electronic systems. Niabelle holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida. Additionally, leadership skills were demonstrated as a parliamentarian for the National Society of Black Engineers and as a mentor in the G.E.M.S program.
