Alison Cassar

Alison Cassar has over 16 years of experience at The Age, currently serving as the Night Homepage Editor and Deputy Editor of National Times Online at Fairfax Media. In these roles, Alison is responsible for writing headlines, fact-checking articles, and commissioning contributors for the National Times online opinion website. Previously, Alison held the position of Production Editor for the op-ed pages of The Age, focusing on copyediting, layout, and working closely with the op-ed editor. Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from RMIT University, obtained between 1989 and 1991.
