Tim Boxell is a qualified lawyer. Until recently, Tim was a Partner in the Corporate/M&A teams with Slaughter and May, London. Tim has advised a range of clients from significant FTSE 100 and overseas listed companies to specialist private equity and other entities. Tim’s practice crossed over into specialist areas such as commercial contracts, employment, property, and financial regulation.
