Matteo Foglieni

Matteo Foglieni is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in restaurant management. Since March 2018, Matteo has served as General Manager at The Alinea Group, having previously held the role of Assistant General Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Restaurant Manager at Alain Ducasse at Dorchester from April 2013 to July 2023, as well as being Head Waiter at Galvin restaurants from November 2010 to March 2013. Matteo's early career involved various roles in fine dining establishments, including Demi Chef de rang and Commis de rang positions at Delphina s.r.l. Hotel Capo. Education includes a diploma from IPSSAR San Pellegrino Terme.
