Adelana Ogunjirin is a seasoned professional in structured trade finance and capital markets, currently serving as the Head of Structured Trade Finance and Head of Capital Markets & Solid Minerals at The Alternative Bank since July 2023. With extensive experience at Heritage Bank Plc from September 2013 to July 2023, Adelana held various leadership roles, including Head of Agribusiness, Natural Resources & Project Development, where responsibilities included coordinating participation in federal programs. Prior experience includes contributions to the Development Banking Group at Access Bank Plc and significant roles in investment banking at Intercontinental Bank PLC. Adelana holds an MBA from Business School Netherlands and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Babcock University, along with an HND in Accounting from Yaba College of Technology.
