Monique Ivey is an experienced professional in training, quality, and compliance, currently serving as the Director of Training, Quality and Compliance at The ALTRUIST Group, LLC since June 2018, where previous responsibilities included the role of Quality and Compliance Manager. Prior to this, Monique worked as a Career Specialist at Fathers and Families from February 2012 to June 2018 and held the position of Emissions Engineer at Cummins Engine Company from June 2006 to February 2009. Monique Ivey earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University between 1998 and 2003 and a Master of Arts in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Indiana University Indianapolis from 2011 to 2014.
