George Fares

George Fares possesses extensive experience in talent development and training, currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert at The American University in Cairo since July 2019. Prior to this, George held the position of Talent Development Manager and Regional Leadership Trainer at Novo Nordisk, starting in July 2014 and previously worked as the Training and Development Manager at Novo Nordisk Egypt. Additional roles include HR Committee Member at The American University in Cairo, Management Trainer and HR Manager at Dale Carnegie Training, and Corporate Training Assistant Manager at CIL - Commercial International Life Insurance. George's earlier career includes experience as a Product Specialist at Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals and Merck, Sharp & Dome. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and current associate membership in Human Resources Development from The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
