Heba Salem

Heba Salem is a seasoned professional in Arabic language instruction with extensive experience at educational institutions. Since 1995, Heba has served as a Senior Arabic Language Instructor at The American University in Cairo, responsible for teaching language and content courses while developing teaching materials across various proficiency levels. Additionally, Heba has held the position of Executive Director at the Center for Arabic Study Abroad and has worked as an Examiner Responsible for the International Baccalaureate. Past roles include Senior Instructor at both the University of Maryland and The University of Texas at Austin. Heba holds a Master's degree in Teaching Arabic as a Foreign Language and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication and Psychology, both from The American University in Cairo.
