Nancy Morcos

Nancy Morcos serves as the Senior Director of Internal Audit at The American University in Cairo since January 2020, where responsibilities include verifying operational procedures, maintaining the risk/audit universe, and developing the annual internal audit work plan. Prior to this role, Nancy held various positions at PwC from May 2008 to December 2019, including Internal Audit Manager, where expertise was applied to audit consultancy for international firms, managing teams, and ensuring adherence to IIA standards through quality assessments. Earlier roles at PwC included Assistant Manager Internal Audit and Senior Internal Auditor, focusing on SOX compliance and advising new businesses on corporate structure and privacy policies. Nancy completed education at Ain Shams University from 2002 to 2005.
