Shahira Rifaat

Shahira Rifaat, MCC, serves as an Instructor, Leadership Coach, and Assessor at The American University in Cairo since May 2023, focusing on the School of Business Executive Education, Management Programs. Concurrently, Shahira has been an Executive Coach at WWA Corporate Coaching since February 2020, and an Associate Director at Phoenix Consulting International since October 2017. As a Board Member for MasrdotBokra for Skills Development since October 2011, Shahira contributes to a platform dedicated to skill development in Egypt. An experienced Executive Leadership Coach and Assessor in independent work since January 2007, Shahira also held leadership roles in the ICF-Egypt Chapter, including Past President and Board Member. Education includes a Master's degree in Business Psychology from the University of East London and a BA in Political Science, International Relations from The American University in Cairo.
