Alexis Dixon

Alexis Dixon possesses a solid background in human resources and retail, with experience at The Andersons, Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist, Coordinator, and Intern since July 2021. Prior to that, Alexis worked at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. as a Staffing Supervisor and Associate from January 2019 to July 2021, and at Journeys as a Sales Floor Team Member from August 2017 to July 2018. Alexis began a career in customer service with a role as a Team Member at Jamba Juice from November 2016 to August 2017. Academically, Alexis earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from The University of Toledo, completing the degree in May 2023, after graduating from Notre Dame Academy in Toledo, Ohio, in 2019.
