Tom Daniel

Tom Daniel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental, health, and safety (EHS) management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Environmental, Health, and Safety at The Andersons, Inc. since March 2025, Tom previously held numerous leadership roles at Owens Corning from August 2004 to March 2025, including Global Director of EHS, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing EHS functions for the global Composites business, as well as serving as Enterprise Safety Manager and Regional Safety Leader for insulation manufacturing facilities. Prior experience includes positions as Field Safety Manager at Schindler Elevator Corporation, Safety Manager at Centeon Pharmaceuticals, and various engineering and safety roles at Sunoco. Tom also served in the Ohio Air National Guard and the U.S. Air Force. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Toledo.
