Athena McWhorter is a retired Air Force Master Sergeant (E-7). Athena received her Bachelor in Social Work from Stockton University in Pomona, NJ. She has worked as an employment specialist and guardianship Specialist in NJ. In 2012 she began work as a Guardianship Specialist with The Arc of North Carolina until 2015 when her husband (retired from active duty Air Force) received orders and the family was moved to Wichita, Kansas where Athena became a Targeted Case Manager.
