Mike McLachlan

Mike McLachlan, CFA, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Director of Finance at The Arcticom Group since May 2024. Previously, Mike held the roles of VP of Finance and Director of Finance at Voyage Foods from March 2022 to April 2024. Mike also worked as VP of Corporate Development at CannaCraft and Investment Banking Vice President at North Point Advisors, where responsibilities included leading M&A processes. Additional experience includes positions in investment banking at DITTO, Piper Jaffray, and Robert W. Baird & Co., with a focus on various industries including consumer goods and industrials. Mike began a career in human resources at Diageo, and holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS from Cornell University.
