David Djalangi

The Arnhem Land Progress Aboriginal Corporation, or ALPA, was established in 1972 as a co-operative of community stores in Arnhem Land. Today ALPA has grown to be the largest Aboriginal Corporation in Australia and operates in 27 remote locations across The Northern Territory and Queensland.
