Mike Boswell is an experienced sales and training professional with a strong background in the sports industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Training at The Aspire Group Inc. since July 2013, Mike Boswell effectively connects with staff to provide direction and support. Previously, as Director of Sales and Service Training, Mike Boswell led training initiatives resulting in a 91% increase in sales. In the role of Director of Ticket Sales and Service, Mike Boswell successfully increased Rutgers Football season ticket sales from 18,500 to over 31,000 during the inaugural Big Ten season. Earlier career highlights include establishing a new sales department and culture at Arizona State University and extensive training and management experience as a self-employed consultant. Mike Boswell began a career in sales as a representative for the Pittsburgh Pirates from 1986 to 1988.
