Elisabeth Swan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process improvement, education, and leadership development. As the Co-Founder of Just-in-Time Cafe since November 2020, Elisabeth promotes collaboration and community among problem solvers. Concurrently, Elisabeth serves as an Instructor at UC San Diego Extension, delivering an Online Lean Six Sigma Leader Course, while leading Swan Consulting & Associates, Inc. since 1996, a firm dedicated to innovative business improvement. Additionally, Elisabeth is a Regional Board Member for the Association for Manufacturing Excellence and serves as the Board Member/Treasurer for Atlantic Public Media Inc. Elisabeth's previous roles include Managing Partner at GoLeanSixSigma.com, Executive Coach at Burnham Rosen Group, and a Senior Associate at Pivotal Resources, among others. Elisabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Columbia University and Barnard College.
