Kaitlin Baker, SHRM-CP, is a Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at The Austin Company since November 2022, Kaitlin previously held positions at Hunter International Recruiting, where responsibilities included coordinating HR functions and assisting with recruitment processes from April 2020 to November 2022, and as an HR Intern at InnoSource from August 2019 to April 2020, focusing on applicant tracking and onboarding. Prior experience also includes an internship at WALTCO, where Kaitlin led a project to transition to electronic filing and supported payroll functions. Kaitlin is pursuing a Master's in Human Resources and Labor Relations at Cleveland State University, having completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kent State University.
