Dawn L. is a seasoned digital design professional with extensive experience in leading and executing design projects across various prominent companies. Currently serving as Digital Design Lead at The Avon Company since December 2022, Dawn has previously held positions including Sr Digital Designer at MAC Cosmetics and Tory Burch, Associate Art Director at Ann Taylor, and Digital Designer at Coach. Dawn's career commenced as a Graphic Designer at High 5 Games, following roles at L'Oréal and KAIST as a Design & Research Assistant. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communications Design, Graphic Design from Pratt Institute and graduated from Taejon Christian International School.
