Paul Nichols

Paul Nichols is an experienced professional in executive coaching and training, currently serving as a Senior Trainer and Consultant at the International Institute for Learning since 2010. With a robust background that includes positions as a Senior Executive Consultant at The Ayers Group since 2004 and as the Principal of Paul Nichols & Associates since 2003, Paul has facilitated programs in leadership, communications, and sales across various industries. Previous roles include Dean of IR University at Ingersoll Rand, Director of Training and Development at Arrow Electronics and American Express Bank, and Training Director at Chemical Bank and Citibank. Paul Nichols holds a BBA in Marketing from Baruch College, where studies were completed from 1966 to 1971.
