Patrick S. Durbin, LUTCF, MHP, HIA, currently serves as a Senior Associate for Nonprofits & Associations at The Baldwin Group, a position held since September 2017. In this role, Patrick collaborates with nonprofits and employers to create tailored health benefit plans that align with employee needs. Prior to this, Patrick held similar positions at The Capital Group and Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., as well as served as Vice-President at Early, Cassidy & Schilling, and Manager of Broker Sales at Kaiser Permanente. Patrick's extensive experience in benefits consulting and sales spans various organizations, starting with BenefitMall in 1996, and includes significant expertise in health and welfare consulting, human resources, and corporate benefit program development. Patrick obtained a B.S. in The Administration of Justice from Penn State University between 1978 and 1983.
