Prior experience includes a role as Finance Manager at SIAA from March 2023 to June 2024, where Thomas contributed to empowering independent insurance agencies through strategic resources. Previously held positions at The Baldwin Group include Finance Manager and Senior Financial Analyst, along with experience as a Private Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan and roles in business intelligence and mergers and acquisitions at Xios Technologies and Benchmark International, respectively. Thomas holds an MS in International Business and a BS in Finance, both from the University of Florida.
