Additionally, Tommy held the position of Vice President of Marketing at Ron Kilpatrick Insurance Brokerage from December 1993 to September 1996, where responsibilities included marketing Employee Benefits to brokers. Tommy's educational background includes a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Boston University and a BBA in Marketing from Texas Christian University.
