Bill Rambadt

Bill Rambadt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payment and operational leadership. Currently serving as VP of Payment Operations and former VP of ACH Operations at The Bancorp since December 2017, Bill has significantly contributed to the payment industry. Prior to this role, Bill was a Business Development Executive at WTS Paradigm, where contributions included leading technical sales, enhancing software applications, and developing cloud-based business intelligence services. Bill’s experience at Fiserv as IT Operations Manager involved establishing strategies for IT service delivery and driving revenue growth for a key product, while earlier work at Electronic Data Systems focused on managing cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with operational standards. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
