Michelle Nelson

Michelle Nelson, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Operations at The Bancorp since November 2017. Prior to this role, Michelle held positions at AIG as the Analysis & Reporting Director for Global Shared Services, managing financial support and intercompany processes. Experience also includes roles at Dex Media, Inc. and Dex One, where Michelle focused on financial analysis, reporting, and cost management across various departments. Earlier career roles at R.H. Donnelley and Sprint involved forecasting, budget management, and cost analysis. Michelle holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Kansas and a BA in Finance & Management from Bethany College.
