Established by brothers Paul and Joe Bartolotta in 1993, the company currently owns and operates 14 restaurants and catering facilities, as well as operating three quick-casual restaurants in Milwaukee's General Mitchell International Airport (MKE). Three premier special event spaces round out the company’s offerings.

Paul Bartolotta is a two-time James Beard Award winner, and Bartolotta’s Corporate Chef, Adam Siegel, won the James Beard Award for Best Chef Midwest in 2008.
