Reid Scharling is an experienced professional in asset management, currently serving as an Asset Management Associate and Analyst for both Beach Real Estate Funds, LLC and The Beach Company since July 2021. The Beach Company, founded in 1945, specializes in a diverse range of real estate interests across the Southeast. Prior to these roles, Reid volunteered at Windwood Farms Home for Boys from 2006 to 2020. Reid holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Economics from Wofford College, attained in 2020.
