Andrew Fraser is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in change management. Currently serving as Technical Change Manager IT at The Benevolent Society since September 2015, Andrew has previously held roles such as IT Change Manager at UnitingCare and ICT Change & Release Manager (APAC) at Sandvik Australia Pty Ltd. During the tenure at Sandvik, Andrew successfully promoted change and release processes across the Asia Pacific region, leading to significant improvements and ultimately contributing to global process enhancements in Europe and the USA. Earlier in their career, Andrew also served as IT Customer Services Manager at the State Rail Authority of New South Wales from 1995 to 2000.
