Paul McElfresh

Paul McElfresh is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Middle School Director at Berkeley Carroll School since June 2025. Prior to this role, Paul held multiple positions at The Packer Collegiate Institute from August 2016 to June 2025, including Assistant Head of Middle School and Middle School Dean for Grades 7 and 8. Earlier in their career, Paul worked at The Dalton School from September 2008 to June 2016 as a Grade Level Chair and Fifth Grade Teacher. Paul McElfresh holds a Master of Science in Education from Hunter College (2008-2010) and a Bachelor's degree in English and Italian Studies from Wesleyan University (2002-2006).
