Jon Shepherd-Smyth is an experienced health and wellness professional currently serving as Deputy Service Manager at Be Well, a role held since June 2023, alongside the title of Interim Deputy Service Manager. In addition to this position, Jon is the Founder of Pressed Up North, a business dedicated to cold-pressed juice production and delivery, established in March 2023. Jon co-founded Cowherds Juicery Limited in November 2014, focusing on producing and delivering natural juice detox packages in the North West area. Previous roles include Personal Trainer on a freelance basis, Being Well Coach at Big Life Company, Fitness Instructor at YMCA, Health Improvement Trainer for Salford City Council, and Youth Worker at Child Action North West. Jon holds GCSE qualifications from Buile Hill High School, which were completed in 2001.
