Josh Thomson is a seasoned Regional Operations Manager currently leading operations for 12 Frankie and Benny's and Chiquito's sites within The Big Table Group since October 2023. Previously, from January 2019, Josh has overseen 11 sites across South Wales, Bristol, and Central London for The Restaurant Group plc, having also served in various managerial roles within Frankie and Benny's, including Area Manager and Senior General Manager. Notably, during lockdown closures, Josh operated 7 in-house brands through delivery platforms. Additionally, Josh managed 3 large units for over a decade at Frankie and Benny's - New York Italian Restaurant and Bar, and held roles as Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager earlier in their career. Josh's education was completed at Sir Bernard Lovell from 2000 to 2007.
